Gina Fletcher

Gina Fletcher has extensive work experience in the arts and cultural sector. Gina currently holds the position of Development Director / Deputy Chief Executive at the Royal Exchange Theatre, where they began in September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director at the Regional Theatre Young Director Scheme (RTYDS) from August 2018 to September 2022. Gina also has experience working at darts, an arts organization, where they served as Interim Chair and Trustee from an unspecified date in 2010. Additionally, they have worked as a Trustee at Quarantine from April 2018 to May 2023. From 2010 to 2018, Gina held various roles at the Royal Exchange Theatre, including Senior Development Manager and Development Manager. Before that, they worked at Rossendale Borough Council as a Service Development Officer - Culture from January 2009 to October 2010. Gina's earlier experience includes roles at darts, where they served as an Arts Development Manager from January 2006 to January 2009, a Project Manager - Community Development from April 2004 to June 2006, and a Project Coordinator from June 2002 to April 2004.

Gina Fletcher attended the University of Chester from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (with honors) in English Literature and Drama and Theatre Studies.
