Carole Goldsmith

Carole Goldsmith is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Director of People at the Royal Horticultural Society since September 2018. Previously, Carole held the position of Director of People and Development at the British Horseracing Authority from February 2014 to March 2018, where accountability included leading recruitment, training, education, and retention programs for the Racing Industry's workforce. Prior to that, Carole was the Group People & Organisational Development Director at The Goodwood Group from February 2006 to December 2013, overseeing a diverse range of luxury hospitality and leisure businesses. Carole's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Solent University.
