Hayley Monckton

Hayley Monckton is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at the Royal Horticultural Society since February 2005, Hayley leads a division responsible for press, PR, social media, video, internal communications, and public affairs, contributing to high-profile campaigns that enhance media coverage and promote the organization's charitable initiatives. Prior to this role, Hayley was the Press & PR Manager for major events, including the renowned RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and served as the Public Relations Officer at Rentokil Initial, where responsibilities included managing both internal and external communications. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business Studies from the University of Surrey.
