Rebecca Cottrell has extensive experience in health administration and customer service. Currently, as the Continuous Professional Development/Continuing Medical Education Administrator at the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners since August 2017, Rebecca Cottrell supports members with inquiries, processes professional development events, maintains learning records, and produces documentation for Medical Council audits. Previously, as a Customer Service/Health Consultant at Bupa Australia & New Zealand from February 2011 to December 2016, Rebecca Cottrell provided health insurance advice, ensured client confidentiality, and participated in health programs to enhance employee well-being. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition Sciences from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma of Advanced Health Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
