Sharron Harris

Sharron Harris currently serves as the Professional Board Chair at Matamata Medical Centre and has extensive experience in primary care advisory roles, including positions at Strategic Solutions Limited and General Practice Solutions. As a healthcare industry consultant and mentor, Sharron provides business improvement and managerial support to primary care entities across Aotearoa, focusing on staff development and enabling change. Leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer at Primary Health Alliance and Regional Manager at Tāmaki Health, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial budgets and large teams. Sharron is also a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and serves as a Cornerstone Assessor for the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
