Heather Blackman

Heather Blackman has extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail and charity sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Royal Parks since November 2016, Heather previously held positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Finisterre, where Heather led a premium clothing brand from September 2016 to February 2021. Other notable roles include Non-Executive Director at R Chocolate London and Commercial Managing Director at Hotel Chocolat, both contributing to the premium chocolate market. Heather's earlier career includes strategic sourcing at Jack Wills and a significant tenure at Fat Face as Buying & Merchandising Director, as well as Head of Merchandising at Laura Ashley. Heather holds a degree in Business and Finance from the Cambridge College of Art & Technology.
