Apmg Change Practitioner Rachel Lewis McIpd

Rachel Lewis MCIPD, APMG Change Practitioner, currently serves as an HR Business Partner and Project Manager at the Royal Shakespeare Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel was with ExtraCare Charitable Trust as an HR Business Partner (Projects), where responsibility included managing the delivery of the People Strategy and achieving Investors in People Gold reaccreditation. Rachel's extensive experience at the Solicitors Regulation Authority spanned from November 2007 to April 2021, culminating as Director of Authorisation, Contact Centre & Business Support Services, overseeing approximately 200 staff and a £130 million budget. Additional roles include Head of Operations and Head of Individual Based Authorisation, where significant change projects were delivered. Rachel's career began at The Law Society as Head of Contact Centre. Rachel holds a BA (Hons) in English and Drama from the University of Worcester.
