Elle Stanley

Elle Stanley (MCIPPdip) has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as Transaction Services & Payroll Manager at the Royal Shakespeare Company since February 2017. Prior to this role, Elle held positions as Payroll Manager at Countrywide Farmers plc, managing payroll for over 1000 employees, and as Payroller & Accounts Assistant at Production Resource Group, utilizing SAGE payroll software. Additional roles include HR Advisor positions at HBJ Gateley Wareing and Barker Brettell, as well as payroll executive positions at ADP and TBG Learning. Elle's educational background includes a Level 7 CIPD in Human Resources from Solihull College and a Diploma in Payroll Management from CIPP.
