Olivia Philipps

Olivia Philipps is a seasoned professional in educational engagement and science communication, currently serving as the Schools Engagement Manager at The Royal Society since September 2017 after progressing from roles including Senior Schools Engagement Officer and Schools Engagement Officer. Previously, Olivia held positions as a Building Blocks Developer at The Learning Partnership Wales Ltd and various roles at Squared Online, including Facilitator and Product Coordinator. Additional experience includes freelance work as a Content Developer at the Natural History Museum and roles such as Junior Researcher at Flavour SenseNation. Olivia also gained experience with the Wellcome Trust and TVF Communications, and began a career as Assistant TV Consultant at FILMWORKS CONSULTANCY LIMITED. Academically, Olivia holds a Master of Science in Science Communication from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Bristol.
