Shaukhi Hashim

Shaukhi Hashim has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Shaukhi is currently the Director of Human Resources at The RuMa Hotel and Residences since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent & Culture at Sabah International Convention Centre from November 2018 to March 2022. Shaukhi also held the position of Director of Talent & Culture at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar from September 2016 to October 2018, and Human Resource Manager from June 2014 to August 2016. Shaukhi was previously a Human Resource Manager at VIVATEL Kuala Lumpur from September 2012 to May 2014. Shaukhi's career started with a role as the Night Audit Team Leader at Novotel Newcastle Airport from October 2008 to September 2012, and they also served as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Tan Chong Motor Assemblies (TCMA) from March 2004 to December 2006.

Shaukhi Hashim obtained an Executive Diploma in Human Resources from the University Malaya, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Prior to this, they completed their SPM from Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, between 1985 and 1989.
