Joshua Howell

Joshua Howell is an experienced project manager and company owner with a strong background in real estate investment and development. Currently serving as a project manager at The Rush Companies since November 2024, Joshua has also led Archer Avery Investments since October 2017, focusing on real estate ventures in Detroit and its metro area. Prior experience includes managing construction projects at Exxel Pacific, Inc. and Krekow Jennings Inc., where skills in job buyout, cost projection, and scheduling were honed. Joshua founded Knowhow Shop LA, a co-op fabrication shop in Los Angeles aimed at fostering collaborative workspaces for designers. Additionally, Joshua has managed public art projects at Cliff Garten Studio and worked on significant architectural projects at Pugh + Scarpa Architects, including the first LEED Platinum mixed use project in the nation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree with honors from Lawrence Technological University, along with a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Washington.
