Jesse F. Cotton

Jesse F. Cotton is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction and operations management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Olerio Homes since October 2022, Jesse previously held similar positions at Bridge Tower Homes and Grand Homes, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations of townhome and large semi-custom home construction. As the owner of J. Cotton Custom Homes, Jesse managed all aspects of custom home construction, including lot acquisition, budgeting, and vendor development.
