Juannetta Payne

Juannetta Payne is a seasoned financial services consultant with extensive experience in customer success and loan administration. Currently serving at The RWC Group since May 2022, Juannetta previously held multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo from April 2014 to May 2022, including Vice President Customer Success Manager and VP Loan Administration Manager. Prior experience includes serving as SVP Customer Relationship Leader - Default Servicing at Bank of America, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of 1800 experts and significant improvements in caseload management were achieved.
