Martyn Patterson

Martyn Patterson is the current Principal of College Central at The Sabden Multi Academy Trust. Prior to this, they worked as an IT System Architect for Encino Energy from May 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for supporting all technology facets for the departments under their realm, including application support, reporting and analytics, data integrations, training, vendor management and upgrades. Martyn was also the initial member of IT department that helped setup direction of department and system implementations.

Patterson has extensive experience in Business Intelligence (BI), having gathered requirements for analytical needs, created company dashboards, and trained and developed employees to mature BI across all departments. Martyn also developed a company KPI dashboard with key metrics for each department comparing actual vs budget, which was embedded on the Intranet site and displayed on office TVs.

In terms of data management, Patterson built out a data lake and data warehouse in Snowflake using Informatica IICS. Martyn also developed ETLs and REST API integrations between all systems in their portfolio. Their primary technologies supported include .Net, Informatica IICS, REST APIs, Snowflake, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Tibco Spotfire. The applications they have supported include Aucerna Execute, Fluke eMaint, Intelex ACTS, Landmark Aries, Landmark EDT (Engineer’s Desktop Tools, OpenWells), P2 Energy ProCount

Martyn Patterson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Baylor University. Martyn also holds a certification in TCP- TIBCO Spotfire from TIBCO.
