Marty Schaper

Chief Financial Officer at The Sack Company

Marty Schaper has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Marty started their career in 1979 at Fru-Con Construction Corporation and held various roles, including VP Accounting and VP/Controller, until 2005. From 1994 to 2000, they worked as a Financial Manager at Bilfinger Berger. After that, they joined a General Contractor in 2005 as the VP of Accounting and Finance until 2011. In 2012, they became the Chief Financial Officer at another General Contractor in St. Louis, Missouri. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer at a General Contractor. Finally, they are currently the Chief Financial Officer at The Sack Company since 2016.

Marty Schaper attended St. John's Junior College in Winfield, Kansas from 1975 to 1977. Marty then transferred to the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1977 and stayed there for a year, until 1978. Marty studied Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a degree.
