Ashley M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Ashley has held various roles in different companies, focusing primarily on operations and management. Ashley started their career with AllStaff Staffing & Recruiting in 2004, working their way up from an administrative assistant to a vice president of operations. Ashley also served as a director of operations and regional manager in different divisions within the company. In 2020, Ashley joined Alternative Staffing, Inc, where they served as a vice president of operations and later as a marketing director. Ashley was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recruiting, operations, and sales process, as well as leading initiatives to enhance technology and software platforms. Prior to that, Ashley worked as a director of professional services at A.W. Companies, Inc. and held the position of vice president of operations at both Strategic Labor Solutions, Inc. and The Salem Group.
