Kristy Grundon

Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator at The Sales Squad

Kristy Grundon has always been driven to help others reach their full potential. After completing their nursing degree, they worked as a nurse educator and coordinator for the Healthy Hearing Program at Toowoomba Health Service District. In this role, they were responsible for mentoring and guiding students to help them get the best results from their university experience.

In 2008, Kristy transitioned into the business world when they took on the role of Business Support Manager for ActionCOACH Business Coaching Franchise. In this role, they were responsible for client liaison and support, executive support to the business coach including all administrative duties, event planning and executing, reporting of financials, diary management and co ordination of coaches calendars.

In 2012, Kristy took on the role of Sessional Tutor at the University of the Sunshine Coast where they taught classes of up to 42 students in a tutorial setting in the courses "Child Youth and Family" and also "Health Culture and Society".

Kristy is currently Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator at The Sales Squad. In this role, they are responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns, managing the sales team, preparing reports, and analyzing data to strategize future sales initiatives.

Kristy Grundon has a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in Child and Family Health from the NSW College of Nursing, and a Master of Medical Science from The University of Queensland. Kristy is currently a Cert IV In Celebrancy student at Australian Celebrations Training.

Christine Freebairn - Marketing Officer, Nathan Taylor - Closer report to Kristy Grundon. They work with Christine Freebairn - Group Program Co-Ordinator, Bibek Bhujel - Finance Officer. Kristy Grundon reports to Wade Grundon, Owner Director.
