Karen Petrillo

Karen Petrillo has been a principal at The Salon People since August 2011. Prior to that, they were location manager at Hq Salon Aveda from October 2008 to August 2011. During their time at Hq Salon Aveda, Karen raised service sales, product sales, pre-booking, and client retention. Karen also delivered leadership by motivating, training, and coaching to Aveda benchmarks. In addition, Karen coordinated VIP events, networking events and marketing programs to increase sales.

Karen Petrillo has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University. Karen also has A-levels in Business Studies, Mathematics and Statistics from Hutton Grammar School in England.
