Summer Downer has over a decade of experience in the salon and beauty industry, currently serving as a Salon Development Partner at Neill-TSP since November 2013. Prior to this role, Summer held the position of General Manager at Tangerine Salon from February 2009 to November 2013. Earlier in career, Summer was a Team Leader at Aveda, where work was undertaken from October 2002 to February 2009.
