Lee Horley has extensive experience in management roles within the employment and training sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Regional Manager and Contracts Manager at The Salvation Army Employment Plus since June 2011, Lee oversees the Work Programme Contract, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and company policies. Previously, Lee worked as Partnership Manager at Care Training Partnership, managing apprenticeship contracts and focusing on partnership relations and operational efficiency. Lee's earlier experience includes programme management roles at Future Skills Dudley Council and PEOPLESERVE, handling welfare to work contracts and ensuring service user needs were met. Lee holds a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance from Solihull College of Technology.
