Lucy Metcalf is a seasoned Employability Practitioner with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving at The Salvation Army Employment Plus since November 2020, Lucy has previously held key roles including Talent Acquisition Partner at Audley Travel, Resourcing Partner at Yum! Brands, and Recruitment Business Partner at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
