Kimberly Atwood Lepse

Kimberly Atwood Lepse has over a decade of experience in financial management and accounting within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Divisional Director of Finance for The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division, Kimberly leads accounting functions across more than 40 units, overseeing budget creation, financial reporting, and internal audits. Previous roles include Community Liaison & Finance Manager for The Salvation Army Family & Community Services, where financial oversight and budgetary management were key responsibilities, and Board Member for Love INC Lake County Southwest. Kimberly's earlier experience also encompasses ownership of 4HNS Services, coordination of food drives, and various positions at Trinity International University, where management of student accounts and financial processes were primary duties. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Eugene Bible College.
