Bobby Westmoreland

Bobby Westmoreland has extensive experience with The Salvation Army, currently serving as Assistant Secretary for Personnel since July 2023. Prior roles include General Secretary for The Salvation Army Potomac Division since June 2020, Territorial Youth Secretary from July 2014 to July 2017, and Divisional Commander during a period from November 2010 to November 2013. Additionally, Bobby Westmoreland held multiple positions such as Corps Officer and Assistant to the Territorial Youth Secretary from June 1996 to June 2010, focusing on leadership, development, and support for youth programming and operations across various regions.
