Lora Cicalo

Lora Cicalo has extensive experience in journalism, serving as Managing Editor at U-T San Diego since February 2008. Prior to this role, Lora held various editorial positions including News Editor and Executive Quality Editor, as well as Senior Editor overseeing the news, copy desks, and planning. Lora's career in journalism began at The San Diego Union-Tribune, where tenure spanned from 1987 to 2008, culminating in positions such as News Editor/A1 Editor and Assistant News Editor. Lora holds a degree from San Diego State University.
