Dr. Saja Althubaiti has a diverse range of work experience. Dr. Saja began their career at Umm Al-Qura University as a Teaching Assistant from March 2010 to April 2012. In January 2019, they joined the University of Jeddah as an Assistant Professor. Their expertise in customer experience led their to be a part of CX Saudi, a customer experience organization, starting in February 2023. Additionally, Dr. Althubaiti has recently held roles at The Saudi Investment Bank, where they worked as a Customer Experience Manager from September 2019 to January 2020, before being promoted to Head of Customer Experience, a role they currently hold since January 2020.
Dr. Saja Althubaiti earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Umm Al-Qura University between the years 2005 and 2009. Dr. Saja later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human-Centered Interactive Technology at the University of York from 2012 to 2013. Dr. Althubaiti then completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of York from 2013 to 2018. In October 2019, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
