Mohammed Al Dahmash has extensive experience in service assurance and IT governance within the banking sector. Since June 2015, Mohammed has held various leadership roles at The Saudi Investment Bank, including AGM Service Assurance and Head of Service Assurance, focusing on quality controls and oversight of IT governance. Prior to this, Mohammed served at Al Rajhi Bank as Head of IT Governance & Quality and Head of Quality Assurance & Quality Control from June 2010 to June 2015, responsible for testing and validating all RFCs and new application releases. Mohammed’s earlier experience includes a position at Al Inma Bank from December 2007 to June 2010 as a System Integration Testing professional, where strategic testing approaches were developed, and a role at Saudi Telecom Company from March 2004 to December 2007 as a Security Implementation Specialist, overseeing the monitoring of web mail solutions and computer assessments.
