Ezgi Kibar

Ezgi Kibar is a Fund Specialist at TMSF since July 2015 and has held board membership roles at both İsimtescil Bilişim A.Ş. and Propay Ödeme Teknolojileri from February 2019 to September 2023. Previously, Kibar worked as an Assistant Specialist at T.C. Maliye Bakanlığı for a brief period in 2015. In terms of education, Kibar is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul University (2019-2024), holds a Master’s degree in Middle East Economic Politics from Marmara University (2013-2019), and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Istanbul University (2008-2013).
