Franck X. Arnold has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Franck X. is currently the Managing Director & Regional Vice-President at The Savoy. Prior to joining The Savoy in 2020, they served as the General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they were the General Manager at The Balmoral, Rocco Forte Hotels, Leading Hotel of the World from 2011 to 2016, where they successfully re-established the hotel's strategy, improved service and products, and increased profitability. Franck X. began their career at Intercontinental Hotels Group in 1991 and remained there until 2004.
Franck X. Arnold obtained an Associate degree and professional diplomas in Hospitality & Culinary from Ecole Hotelière de Strasbourg from 1982 to 1988. Later, from 1989 to 1991, Franck pursued a Masters degree in International Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School. Continuing their educational journey, Franck completed an MBA in Business Administration Strategic Marketing from Henley Business School, with the timeline for this degree unspecified, but the completion year listed as 2000.
