Currently serving as Managing Director at SpinQbe Consulting since 2023, Nikhilesh provides go-to-market strategies and transformation services to enterprises and SMEs. As an Advisor at Antler since 2018, Nikhilesh mentors startup founders in scaling their businesses and securing funding. Previously, Nikhilesh held senior roles, including Senior Director of Global Strategy and Business Development at Dell Technologies and Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Nikhilesh's career began in management consulting with Booz & Company, where strategic projects for Fortune 500 clients were delivered. Nikhilesh holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and completed executive education at INSEAD.
