Emma van Den Boogert

Emma van den Boogert is a purpose-driven coach and growth partner with extensive experience in leadership development and relational communication. Currently, Emma is actively involved with ALIGHTcareers and September Advies, supporting individuals in aligning their work with their deeper purpose and assisting young people in discovering their passions and career paths. Emma also serves as a transformational coach and trainer, facilitating leadership programs at The Connection Institute and previously held roles that emphasized community cohesion and communication, including training and project leadership positions within various organizations. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and has pursued multiple certifications in mediation, transformational coaching, and organizational practices.
