Rachel Munden

Rachel Munden has extensive experience in client development and business leadership within the fields of psychology, behavioral science, and corporate wellbeing. From January 2019 to February 2023, Rachel served as Head of Client Development and Head of The School of Life for Business at The School of Life, focusing on enhancing employee performance and organizational growth through tailored learning and wellbeing programs. Prior to this, Rachel held positions at Shiftology as Associate Client Director and at The Mind Gym as Client Director and Client Manager, specializing in new business development for retail and FMCG clients. A graduate of the University of Warwick with a BA in French, Rachel also took a career break to raise children from December 2012 to December 2014.
