Karina Klier

Karina Klier, RP-CRPO, has extensive experience in the field of support and inclusion services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities. Currently serving as the Inclusion Services Manager at Schwartz/Reisman Centre - JCC since July 2012, Karina oversees community-based recreational programs and social skills initiatives for children and young adults. Previous roles include Educational Assistant at York Region District School Board, Behaviour Therapist with Applied Behavioural Interventions, and ABI Therapist for private families, all focusing on the application of behavior analysis and interventions. Karina’s career began in education as a Teacher at Torah Tots Pre-School, alongside a prior role as Human Resources Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and is currently a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
