Kevin Laser

Kevin Laser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in budget analysis and resource management within prominent health institutions. Currently, Kevin serves as a Budget Analyst for The Scientific Consulting Group, Inc., focusing on the Office of AIDS Research at the National Institutes of Health since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin held various budget-related positions at the FDA from 2011 to 2019, including Director of the Division of Budget Execution & Resource Management and Chief of the Program & Resource Management Branch. Kevin's earlier career includes significant roles at the National Institutes of Health from 1991 to 2011, where responsibilities spanned budget preparation and administrative management for multiple research institutes. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Longwood University.
