Krystle Coleman

Krystle Coleman is currently the VP of Business Operations at The Scion Group. Prior to their current position, they served as the Assistant Property Manager at Campus Suites from January 2008 to May 2012. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, training and developing all leasing consultants, as well as performing credit and criminal background checks on all future residents and guarantors. Krystle was also responsible for maintaining open and effective communication with upper management, the property manager and the maintenance supervisor, and they assisted in marketing promotions and leasing strategies. In addition, Krystle managed all accounts receivable, including current and past residential accounts/rents and delinquent accounts for over 2,000 (cumulative) residents. Krystle also assisted in processing, monitoring and recording invoices for accounts payable. From October 2003 to December 2008, Krystle served as the Assistant Executive Manager at Afri-Ware, Inc.

Krystle Coleman has a B.S. in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University.

Krystle Coleman reports to Rob Bronstein, President. and Thomas Gwynne - Director of Business Operations reports to Krystle Coleman. They work with Beau Crockett - Retail Analyst, Asset Management, Kendra Woodley - Director, Sales, and Stacy Gregorio - Regional Vice President, Operations.
