Stacy Gregorio

Stacy Gregorio is the current Regional Vice President, Operations at The Scion Group. Prior to this, Stacy was the General Manager at The Scion Group from February 2009 to January 2010. In this role, Stacy was responsible for a $3 billion project value and advised colleges and universities, foundations and private-sector providers in more than 150 campus markets.

After The Scion Group, Stacy became the Property Manager at 4Eleven Lofts where they were responsible for an annual revenue of $4,090,759. During their time as Property Manager, Stacy successfully increased the annual revenue by $172,000. Additionally, they developed and promoted 2 staff members and achieved 100% occupancy.

In December 2010, The Dinerstein Companies purchased 4Eleven Lofts and Stacy began employment with them. Stacy has been with The Dinerstein Companies ever since and is currently their Regional Vice President, Operations.

Stacy Gregorio has an Associate's Degree from Washtenaw Community College and a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Their manager is Rob Bronstein, President. They are on a team with Jaclyn Malone - Associate VP, College & University Relations, Monte Huber - Chief Financial Officer, and Kosta Kallco - Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
