Angela Kerr

Angela Kerr currently serves as the Head of Services Support Officer at The Scottish Government since September 2021, focusing on creating a fair and inclusive service for the Scottish people. Previously, Angela held various managerial roles, including Operations Manager and Colleague Engagement Operations Manager at Arrow Global Group Plc, and Senior Operations Manager at fidélité CM. Angela's extensive experience also includes positions at the John Lewis Partnership, such as Department Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities involved enhancing customer experience and quality assurance in service delivery. Angela's career began at RBS Insurance as a Department Sales & Service Manager and includes a role as a Team Manager at Direct Line Group. Additionally, Angela completed the Glasgow Credit Union Directors Academy in 2021.
