Neil Richardson

Neil has worked in the public sector for three decades, most recently as Deputy Chief Constable (Designate) with Police Scotland.

He is experienced in leading strategic change and is currently the CEO of Turning Point Scotland, as well as being a board member of the Coalition of Care Providers Scotland (CCPS).
