Paul Wheatley

Paul Wheatley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program delivery and user experience design. Currently serving as the Deputy Programme Delivery Lead at The Scottish Government since January 2020, Paul has also been a Director at Paul Wheatley LTD since October 2001. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at RBS, Senior Business Analyst at Registers of Scotland, and Product Owner & Delivery Lead during the RBS EU divestment. Paul has held multiple senior UX roles at prominent banks including Tesco Bank and Aegon, demonstrating significant expertise in mobile and web user experience. Early in the career, Paul contributed to web management and consultancy at Learning Teaching Scotland and Squiz (Scotland) Ltd. Paul holds an HND in IT from Heriot-Watt University.
