Ross Miller

Ross Miller currently serves as the Head of Operations for Energy and Climate Change at The Scottish Government since June 2020, following a tenure at the Department for International Development (DFID) from April 2012 to June 2020, where Ross held multiple finance-related positions, including Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance Capability. Prior experience includes roles at North Lanarkshire Council from August 2005 to March 2012, culminating in the position of Learning & Leisure Services link Accountant, which involved budget monitoring and performance reporting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) in Finance and Economics from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
