Vasiliki Failadi

Vasiliki Failadi is an experienced International Climate Change Policy Officer with The Scottish Government since December 2019, specializing in diplomacy, project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk assessment in international climate change initiatives. Previously, Vasiliki served as a Fraud and Error Specialist decision maker at the Department for Work and Pensions, contributing to various diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in fleet scheduling at Glasgow 2014 Limited and London 2012, e-mentoring at the University of Glasgow, and customer service for John Lewis. Vasiliki has also been actively involved in the Hellenic Red Cross, managing a large team of volunteers and organizing major events. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Sociology from the University of Glasgow, an undergraduate degree in European Culture and Civilisation, and a postgraduate certificate in Olympic studies.
