Emma Fowler

Emma Fowler is currently a Production Assistant at The Scout Guide. Prior to that, they were a Sales Associate and Merchandise Coordinator at OOBE BRAND from July 2020 to February 2021. There, they drove sales by providing accurate information about promotions, customer programs and products. Emma also provided outstanding customer service by fostering relationships with returning and new customers in person and via telephone to help drive high customer retention. Furthermore, they detected and analyzed market trends and competitor promotion to properly maintain optimum displays of product. Lastly, they maintained store inventory by ordering merchandise and auditing product numbers.

Before working at OOBE BRAND, Emma was a Communications Assistant at the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy from August 2019 to July 2020. There, they maintained the Batten School’s social media presence on all social media platforms, monitored social media conversations and comments, drafted various written materials, and completed various administrative tasks.
