Michael Leslie

Michael Leslie has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry. Michael began their career in 2004 as the Head of Development at Yoodoo.com. In 2010, they joined Best Buy Europe as a Senior Development Manager, where they were responsible for eCommerce and application development. In 2012, they moved to Currys plc as the Head of Product Engineering, where they managed development across the full range of Dixons Carphone systems. In 2017, they became the Head of Product Engineering at honeybee, where they were responsible for all product development teams and product development of honeybee software. In 2018, they joined Synchronoss Technologies as the Head of Product Engineering, where they were responsible for software delivery and quality for all of their core digital software products. In 2021, they began working as an Interim Chief Technology Officer at The Seam, Playerstate, and twio. In 2022, they joined EcoHedge as an Interim Chief Technology Officer. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Activate.

Michael Leslie's education history includes a MPhil Virology from the University of Liverpool, which they obtained between 1999 and 2000. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Genetics from the University of Liverpool between 1996 and 1999. Michael also attended Bablake School between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they hold an Associate MuleSoft Developer certification from MuleSoft, obtained in February 2015, and a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from APMG-International, obtained in June 2012.
