The executive team at The Seattle Times has a history of working in media. The managing editor has previously worked at the Puget Sound Business Journal and the associate editor has worked at Crosscut Public Media. The reporter has worked at Salem Statesman-Journal. All three have a background in journalism from the University of Oregon.
