Kelly Leonard (He/Him/His)

Kelly Leonard has extensive work experience at The Second City, starting in 1988. Kelly held various roles, including Vice President of Creative Strategy, Innovation, and Business Development, as well as Associate Producer, Producer, Executive Vice President, and Creative Adviser. Additionally, they have been the Executive Director of Learning and Applied Improvisation at Second City Works since 1988. Kelly Leonard is also the author of the book "Yes, And: Lessons from The Second City," which was released in 2015 and well-received. Kelly'swork has been recognized and praised by influential figures such as Michael Lewis.
