Michelle Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michelle is currently working as a Learning Experience Designer at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) since November 2021. Prior to this, Michelle founded and led their own coaching company called Coach Elle in 2015. Michelle also worked as an Instructor and Kids and Teen Program Assistant at The Second City from 2016 onwards.
