The Second Shift was founded by a team with a wealth of experience in various industries. The team includes a principal from Gina Hadley Consulting, a co-founder from Urban Monkeys, the Director of Business Development from Ads.com, and the World Wide Creative Co-ordinator from IBM Ogilvy & Mather. The team also has experience in retail and merchandise from Flywheel Sports, host and producer from Plum TV, on-air reporter from News 12 the Bronx, and booker/producer from Good Morning America. The team is extremely well-rounded and has a diverse range of skills and experiences.
