Ann Fernandes has held a variety of roles throughout their work experience. Ann started their career at Bank of America in 1985, working as a Recruiting Specialist and later as an Operations Manager. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at ITT Industries. Ann then moved on to Kaiser Permanente, where they worked as a Compensation Analyst for a brief period in 2006. In 2007, they joined Guidance Software as a Manager of Human Resources, and later that year, they transitioned to ITT Corp - Control Technologies, where they held the positions of Senior Manager of Human Resources and VP of HR Business Partner. In 2015, they joined Segal as the Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Ann has demonstrated their expertise in strategic HR leadership, building HR culture, talent development, and technology integration.
Ann Fernandes completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an option in Human Resources from California State University, Los Angeles, from 1998 to 2000.
