Joseph A. Locicero

Mr. LoCicero is Chair, former President and CEO of The Segal Group, and a member of Segal’s Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. LoCicero has worked extensively in all of the markets in which Segal provides consulting guidance as an actuarial and employee benefits consultant. He is a recognized expert on multiemployer pension issues.

Mr. LoCicero previously served as President, CEO and Chair of another major actuarial and human resources consulting firm. Mr. LoCicero received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Hunter College and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
