Kayla Lopez

Kayla Lopez is a seasoned professional in the technology and recruiting sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director of Delivery III for Energy & Utilities at The Select Group since July 2014. In this role, Kayla leads a team specialized in advising technology professionals within the Energy and Utilities industries. Throughout the career at The Select Group, Kayla has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Delivery II and I for Utilities, and Manager of Delivery Operations, achieving recognition as a Presidents Club Winner in 2017 and 2016. Earlier roles involved national recruiting management, as well as technical recruiting, where Kayla developed expertise in resource management and candidate sourcing. Prior experience includes positions at Southern Wine & Spirits as a Chain Territory Manager and internships at Northwestern Mutual and Merrill Lynch. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, earned in 2012.
