Roger Stempky

Roger Stempky has a diverse work experience in the furniture and architectural industry. Roger is currently the President, North America at The Senator Group, a global workspace furnishings manufacturer. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Special-Lite, Inc. where they focused on interior and exterior architectural solutions. Roger also worked at Nextek Power Systems and NxtWall, where they held sales and leadership positions. Additionally, Roger Stempky has experience as a General Manager and Regional Sales Director at Custer Workplace Interiors and as a Principal at Proffer Group.

Roger Stempky earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Management from Mount St. Joseph University in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Western Michigan University from 1983 to 1986. In 1979, they obtained a diploma from Cheboygan Catholic High, where they completed a general course of study. In recent years, Roger has pursued executive education in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and also completed Blue Ocean Explorer Training at Blue Ocean Global Network in 2018.
